Yesterday I went to David's Bridal with my friends Dorothy and Liz. My entire intention was to get bridesmaids dresses. That's it. I didn't want to try on wedding dresses because because I've gained 20 lbs since March, thank you thyroid medication.



BUT.................



I ended up trying on dresses anyway and I am so glad that I did!! I put it on and cried a little. It was an amazing experience to share with 2 of my best friends. Here is my dress:

...since I have written in my journal. I go through these periods where I have no desire to write..and other times where I do nothing but write.

I'm getting married!!!!! I really never thought it would happen to me. I always wanted someone who cherished me, made me laugh, loved me unconditionally and feel the same in return, someone who would love my children and treat them as his own. I figured that it wasn't possible for me. Boy was I wrong!! Thank GOD!!! WOO HOO (insert happy dance here)
